Goldsmith Primary Academy Shines on SATs Results Day

9th July 2024

At Goldsmith Primary Academy, we are thrilled to announce the outstanding results of our Year 6 students in this year's SATs. This day marks the culmination of months of hard work, perseverance, and unwavering commitment from our students and staff alike. Mrs Twells, Mr Khan, Mrs Ndaji and Mrs Sidhu could not be prouder of the achievements of the cohort.

We are proud to announce that 75% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths; the best outcomes Goldsmith has ever had.
Max Wakeman, Head of School remarked, “This shows our pride and determination in our community to succeed as this is the third consecutive year of improvement in our end of KS2 outcomes.”

Our pupils have excelled, showcasing their academic capabilities and personal growth. The support from our dedicated teachers and the continuous encouragement from families have been pivotal in this success. The entire school community has rallied behind our Year 6 students, providing the resources, support, and motivation needed to excel.

In addition to the academic preparation, our students have developed critical thinking skills, resilience, and a strong work ethic. These attributes will serve them well beyond their primary school years. Leanne Bridgwood, Executive Head Teacher commented, “We are proud to see our students embodying the values of Goldsmith Primary Academy, striving for excellence and showing determination in the face of challenges.”

We celebrate each student's achievement and look forward to seeing them continue to thrive in their educational journey. Well done, Year 6—you are the pride of Goldsmith Primary Academy! Your hard work has set a strong foundation for future success, and we are excited to see all that you will accomplish in the years to come.
