We use Arbor as our main form of communication with parents.

Arbor is a secure smartphone app that allows us to communicate with you in an effective and simple way.

Arbor provides a wide range of features in one place, making processes quicker and easier for you while saving you time. All data stored in Arbor is kept private and will not be shared with anyone else.

What can the Arbor Portal and App be used for?

You can use Arbor to:

• View your child’s key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
• Edit contact details for your child, such as your home address or phone number
• Register your child for an after-school club
• Book wraparound care for your child
• Manage your child’s payment accounts and pay for trips directly
• Book slots for parent/guardian consultations
• Add new medical information about your child

How to register for Arbor

When your child joins our school, you will receive an email and/or text message from Arbor with details on how to register. Simply follow the instructions in the message. An Arbor Parent Portal Guide is available here with further instructions on how to register.

Download the app

While you can access Arbor through a browser window on an iPad, iPhone, or other mobile devices, it works best via the Parent App or through the Parent Portal on a computer.

To download the Arbor Parent Portal App:

• Visit the Arbor login page or download the Arbor Parent Portal App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Enter your email address
• Enter the password you set when you first registered

More than one child at Goldsmith Primary Academy?

If you are the primary guardian for more than one child at the school, you can access and view each child’s information through the same portal. To switch between children, click on the drop-down menu with the children’s names in the top-left of the home page, and select "Change Sibling."

For the first time you do this, you will need to enter your other child’s date of birth to access their dashboard.

Note: If your children attend different schools that use Arbor, you'll need to log in separately for each school, as the app does not support switching between schools.
