Additional Information
PE Kit and Uniform:
Children will require their PE kit for all after-school sports clubs. Children must follow the correct school uniform expectations, including no jewellery. Pupils will get changed in the library and Art/DT classroom.
Attendance Expectations:
It is expected that once children are signed up to a club, they attend every week, unless there are unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.
Club Focus:

Social Sports Clubs – Focus on having fun and participating with others.

Sports Clubs – Focus on developing and improving sports skills.

Sports Squads – Focus on preparing children to represent the school in competitive events (invite only).
Club Cancellations:
We may need to cancel after-school clubs due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or staff absence. Should this occur, we will notify you as promptly as possible through Class Dojo posts and/or Arbor emails. In these cases, please ensure you or an authorised person is available to collect your children by 3:20pm. If needed, contact the main office to confirm alternative arrangements.
After School Club Collections:
All clubs run from 3:20pm to 4:20pm. Please ensure you collect your child(ren) promptly at 4:20pm from the Goldsmith Road Main Gates.
Kindly note that late collections from any club will incur a charge. We appreciate your efforts to collect your children on time to avoid any additional fees. Thank you for your cooperation.
